What if my dress does not fit the preservation box?
No worries, though! We have multiple sizes in preservation boxes to accommodate various dress styles. Once your gown reaches our warehouse, it is entered in our system, and you can track it through our GownTracker. Once the wedding gown is shipped back to you, it is insured and requires a signature.
