Refund policy

60 Day Refund Policy

We have a no questions asked return policy. Simply call us and we will refund the amount of your purchase back to your original payment method within this 60-day period.

You will receive a full refund if your kit has not shipped.
If the kit has shipped to you, we have a $35 cancellation fee.

Once we issue you a refund, the serial number on the kit becomes void and is no longer useable. While it very rare someone requests a refund, we ask you hold on to the kit until the refund is issue and then you may recycle it. Orders beyond 60 days from purchase date are not refundable.

 

Refunds After Service

Our company's policy does not permit refunds once our services have been utilized. In 99.9% of cases, gowns are cleaned and preserved in impeccable condition, customers must acknowledge that the gown will be returned in the best possible condition, and our services do not come with a guarantee.
